Scope of This Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the website of Morston Hall Hotels Limited (“Morston Hall”), located at https://www.morstonhall.com.

Our Commitment

Where We’re Improving

Our website is currently being redeveloped with accessibility and inclusive design at the forefront. As part of this work, we are:

  • Reviewing the booking engine (currently RoomRaccoon, transitioning to Mews) for accessibility features
  • Testing pages and functionality using keyboard-only navigation
  • Auditing content for clarity and compatibility with screen readers

Some areas may not yet fully comply with all accessibility standards — particularly where we rely on third-party services — but we are actively working to improve these.

Known Accessibility Issues

We are aware of the following areas that may not fully meet accessibility standards:

  • Some booking widgets may not be fully navigable via keyboard
  • PDF menus or downloadable files may not yet be optimised for screen readers
  • Some older pages may contain colour contrast issues

We are working to resolve these as part of our ongoing improvements.
